At the beginning of every month, we manually review your sales volume for the previous month and then assign your commission tier for the current month:
For instance, If you send us 10 sales this month you will get a 30% commission rate for next month. And next month, if you bring 16 sales your commission becomes 35%. So your commission can always go up, bet never go down any lower than 25% for those 12 months.
